  • the payment of a fee (currently fixed at AED 25); and

We collect data containing your phone number, email id, home address, latitude, and longitude. This information is provided to us when you want to make a booking. We need to contact you and find your location to provide home services. In case you wish to have this data deleted, send us an email to support@iconhr.com requesting the data deletion.
12. Children's Privacy
These Services don't address anybody younger than 16. We don't purposely gather recognizable data from youngsters under 16. In scenarios, where we find that a youngster under 16 has given us individual data, we quickly erase this from our database. In case you are a parent or guardian, and you know that your kid has given us individual data, reach us so we can take corrective actions immediately.
13. No Impersonation or False Information to be Provided
You should use your real name on the Platform and include a valid mobile number to use our Services. You won't erroneously address yourself as someone else or delegate of someone else to utilize our Services. You won't lie about your information, under any circumstance.
